Wine & Cheese Reception 6:30pm
Meeting 7pm

The primary goal of NOCUPP is to make our neighborhoods safer. The program works by providing a patrol made up of experienced Dallas Police Department officers in the participating neighborhoods.  The officers – who patrol in a DPD squad car – can respond to crimes in progress much faster than DPD can with their normal resources.

Since NOCUPP started back in 2007 property crime has dropped by over 60% in participating neighborhoods.  The results of the patrol speak for themselves.  From 2007 to 2016, our officers accomplished the following:

•           Responded to over 9,600 calls for service from concerned neighbors
•           Performed nearly 30,000 vacation and construction watches
•           Made over 3,450 traffic stops
•           Issued over 1,300 citations to drivers
•           Made over 765 arrests

NOCUPP provides patrols in nine neighborhoods of North Oak Cliff:  East Kessler, Kessler Park, Kessler Plaza, Kings Highway, Ravinia Heights, Stevens Park, Estates, Stevens Park Village, West Kessler and Winnetka Heights.

Please come and meet the NOCUPP officers, the volunteers who represent each member neighborhood on the board, and other neighbors who are concerned about crime in our area.
