2016 Membership Renewal

It’s the time for the West Kessler Neighborhood Association to collect annual dues.  Dues are not mandatory, but your generosity allows us to keep our neighborhood socially active, involved in North Oak Cliff initiatives such as the Coombs Creek Trail and neighborhood beautification.

Why do we ask the neighbors pay annual voluntary dues?

  • Funds from neighborhood dues contributed to the new curb signs that clearly and accurately denote each neighbor’s house number – important information for emergency services and pizza delivery!
  • Dues fund the annual neighborhood directories that allow us to stay connected
  • In past years, dues have assisted in the creation of our neighborhood website westkessler.org
  • The installation of electricity at the Steven Woods Ct. garden
  • Holiday candy canes
  • Fourth of July flags
  • Maintenance of gardens on Tenna Loma and Stevens Woods Court
  • Coming soon will be a neighborhood Little Free Library

The work by the members of the West Kessler Neighborhood Association is on a volunteer basis.  Your neighbors donate their time and personal resources to make our neighborhood a great place to live and keep you informed about the issues that affect us in West Kessler.

The median household contribution is $75; however, any amount is accepted and appreciated. Your dues are tax deductible with our 501(c)3 status, and receipts will be provided to show your donation!

If you have already paid your dues, we sincerely thank you.
