West Kessler Native Arbor Initiative Free Tree Event

The West Kessler Neighborhood Association is delighted to continue our work with the West Kessler Native Arbor Initiative.

We had our inaugural planting of homes located on North Boulevard Terrace. The planting of all donated trees took place on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22, 2017.

Our desire is that this would become an annual event with the long-term goal of helping our neighbors to cultivate and maintain our stewardship of the natural habitats that enhance and beautify all our neighborhoods is now come to fruition with our 2018 West Kessler Native Arbor Initiative Free Tree Event!

This years event will be held at Kessler Park United Methodist Church at 1215 Turner Avenue. Please arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM to pick up your tree.

This year we have three tree options for you to select from: (only one tree per home)

Common Persimmon
Red Oak
Bur Oak

Once you select register, you will have the option to see more details about the trees and make the best selection for your home. Trees not picked up on March 10, 2018, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM will be returned to the farm to continue their growth.
